Fabulous service and great with customers! They actually SAVED me. I was in a predicament where people in my office were out and I could not leave to go get my car once the service was done. It came down to a choice between two cars that were essentially the same. Mileage, features , etc. The car at the other dealership was $3K less. I went with Preferred Auto because I appreciated the professionalism of Romario Smith and Jarrad Gettys.
We shopped a number of places in town. Preferred was very low pressure and accomodated us into a newer car after many months of searching. Romario helped us find a car we hadnt considered in all of our searching. It was the perfect car we didnt know existed.
Great experience! Ryan Meeks was not at all pushy, and really listened to what I was looking for and found what I wanted. They worked to make my payments less than what I wanted to pay. Everyone I worked with at the Lima Road location was friendly and helpful. Any cars we buy in the future will be from them!
I'm really happy with the car I bought here. Romario was kind, honest, and went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information on the car. He also had a small imperfection on the seat fixed before I picked it up. I would highly recommend this place.

We purchased a 2020 Toyota Corolla on Saturday, February 17 at Prefered Auto. We were very pleased with the purchase and particularly with the care and assistance of the salesman, Romario Smith. He was remarkably pleasant, helpful, and the antithesis of the stereotypical used car salesman. He advocated for us in negotiating a sales price we could accept. He went out of his way to ensure we were satisfied. We were also pleased with the Finance Manager, Brett Hoffer, who was very helpful.
They did an awesome job with my car and they are super friendly and helpful!! I'll always be going here and recommending this place! If I were to say anything that was "not good" would just be wait times. Took a little longer than expected. But they were busy, and they kept me up to date and was super nice about everything!
Issues with my vehicle, not a quick or easy fix. Preferred was without power one day and internet the next- service advisor Cesar used his personal phone to call me and let me know the situation. I was kept in the loop and Cesar always had a positive attitude. I appreciate everyone's hard work to get it done! Thank you!
