We have a 20,000 sq. ft Service facility on Illinois Road in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Preferred Auto Service is an ASE Certified shop, and we have a continuing education program for our technicians that keep us up to date on all the latest technology. We have ASE Master Technicians on staff to handle the most challenging of vehicle repairs on all makes and models.
For your convenience, our service center has its own in-house parts department. We are certified with both ACDelco and NAPA. We only use top grade parts and lubricants, including Valvoline Full Synthetic motor oil for maximum engine protection.
Our Service Advisors have many years of experience and know the importance of taking care of you after the sale. We want to establish a long and trusted relationship with our customers and welcome them to bring all of their vehicles to us for service and maintenance.
As an added benefit to our customers, we offer free shuttle service to our customers. If you need a ride home, to work, or school, we can take you there while your vehicle is being worked on.
