It is exciting for us announce that we will be consolidating our two service departments into one location starting on April 1st, 2024. There are some questions you may be certainly asking yourselves that we want to help answer…
Where? We are making this transition to our Illinois Road location to best assist your service needs. All our technicians, advisors, & management that have been at our Lima location are getting transferred to our Illinois Road location. An important detail that we do want to note is that we are still having remote service location at Lima Road. Our Lima Road location will have drop off & pick up services, scheduling needs, and free shuttle services – the repair work will be all done at Illinois Road.
Why? First and foremost, our business is defined by our relationships. We believe this change amongst our Preferred team takes precedence to best serve you: our Preferred family. We are confident knowing that this is a step toward getting back in the right direction with our service department.
What does this mean for you? We want to take every step we can to ensure that our clients are highly satisfied with their experience with us & love the work that we do. This change will allow our team to tend to your vehicle’s needs more efficiently and effectively with bulk of our service department staff at one site.
