With my dad being the founder and owner of Preferred Auto, I have grown to see the vast changes of the business ever since I was little. From internet to various locations to service departments. Yet, one thing has never changed: the moral & ethics of the business. My dad has always preached faith, family, work…and in that order. I have had the pleasure working for this tremendous company since I was 16 years old. First, starting off as a lot porter (detailing vehicles, cleaning up the service dept., smashing oil filters, and more). Then, at 17 years old, I sold my first car (2008 Chevrolet Avalanche). That was really when I realized ‘well maybe this is something I could do the rest of my life’. Throughout college I continued to learn different areas of the business, from the parts department to going to auctions to buy inventory with the General Managers. As I continued to learn about what Preferred Auto has to offer, the more I fell in love with the business. Half the battle is do what you love every day, right? I am proud to say that I do. In my personal life, I have met the most kind-hearted & loving girl named Ashley. In July of 2018, came along our beautiful daughter named Penelope a.k.a. “Nellie”. These two girls give me so much perseverance to grow & learn as an individual in both my personal & work life. I am thrilled to see what the future as in store!

My husband and I purchased a new car from Preferred last week. Jake was kind, professional and honest. I had spoke to him over the phone prior to coming in to discuss budget, style, and any other deciding factors. When we arrived, Jake had 5 cars lined up for us to look at/test drive. I was blown away by how prepared and eager he was the help us! The process was smooth and completely stress free. I love my new car and have been recommending Jake/Preferred Auto to all my friends and family. I will continue to recommend this business and will continue to work with them whenever we need a new car!

I highly recommend Preferred Automotive Group. Professional, personable, helpful and they go above and beyond to answer any questions or concerns. I gave them an idea of what I was looking for in a vehicle, including budget, mileage, make and model and features, and they found me just what I was looking for. Jake and Alex could not have been more helpful. In my experience, Preferred Automotive goes above and beyond to make their customers happy and will always go the "extra mile".
